Face Scanner

Pre-Operative Record Taking – Capturing pre-surgery images Timing – At least 1 week before the surgery

With the Chairside Dental Face Scanner, we digitize the patient’s face to provide dental technicians with a 3D representation by aligning intraoral scans and CT data, creating a complete 3D virtual patient model.

Digital Impression with Intraoral Scanner

Using an intraoral scanner, we digitize the patient’s dentition or edentulous state to provide dental technicians with a 3D representation by aligning intraoral scans and CT data, creating a complete 3D virtual patient model.

Once the patient virtualization is complete

Digital Smile Design

3D smile design is created using facial photos and facial scans.

Digital Bite Registrations with 3D Printing

Once the new smile design is completed, we print 3D bite registrations using the latest 3D printing technology, which is the key to success.

Planning the implant placement position for approval Surgical Guide – Surgical Template

  • Using our implant planning software, we create a plan that aligns with the desired aesthetic outcome of the 3D smile design. This plan must be reviewed and approved by the surgeon.

  • Surgical Guide – Drill guide is 3D printed based on the approved positions.

  • The case is then packaged and delivered to the surgeon, ready for surgery.

Implant Placement

The day of the surgery.

With our ICam4D scanner, we accurately and quickly capture the implant positions with 1-MICRON precision.

The design is finalized with 3D printing, and we deliver it by the same day or the next morning.
